TERMS OF SERVICE

  General Policies  //  

Language: I provide my services in English. At best, I can use google translate to better understand otherwise.Client Eligibility: Due to offering suggestive work, all of my clients must be 18 years or older and capable of managing communications and payments independently. By commissioning me, you are saying that you are legally 18 years or older.Project Applications: Please have most if not all materials ready with your request. This can include: finished reference images, pose references, color palette, reference background images, etc.Rejection of a Project: I hold the right to decline projects that I feel I am incapable of completing or feel uncomfortable with attempting.Prices Listed are for Personal Use: Prices are for personal usage only. If you wish to commission me for commercial usage art, a separate contract will be drafted for the occasion."Can I repost (not commissioning me)?": Sure, just please credit me properly. Failing to do so might ruin it for everyone.

  Project Process  //  

1. You send your service request
2. I review your request
3. If approved, we will discuss how much is owed to begin your commission
4. Commission is paid for and will begin
5. Sketches, Revisions, and Final Product will be sent to you via preferred contact method^{As the service provider, I kindly request that you communicate your expectations for this project. This includes letting me know the frequency you wish for updates during the phases within reason, what you are envisioning as a final product before getting there, etc. Failure to properly communicate early on and throughout the project may result in me dropping your commission with a partial refund for the work I've done and if I'll work with you in the future.}

  Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations  //  

Payment is to be made in full over paypal or in-game (if it was my service for an in-game good) before I start the commission,Once the payment is made, the service is non-refundable except in the cases where I am unable to fulfil the request.Refund requests when applicable are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Initiating chargebacks without prior communication will result in you being blacklisted.
Including any future attempts on alts or by mutuals (those mutuals will be blacklisted too).

  Revisions and Feedback  //  

After the final piece is sent, feedback and revision requests post-commission is welcomed within 2 weeks. Reasonable revisions requests may be fulfilled; however, additional fees may occur for revisions regarding pose, lineart, multiple additional layers (for coloring).

  Crediting, Usage, and Modifications  //  

If my work is being used, you are required to credit me, "Namoki".My service and commissions may not be used for commercial usage without an additional contractual agreement.As the client, you may edit the finished product for personal usage only:

   ✦ Self-Promotional Art

I retain the rights to post my service projects and completed works in my portfolio or posted on my social media.I also retain the rights for the creation of the piece, you can not claim that you have created the work.Your rights to the piece, as the client, will be revoked if you:
   ✦ Feed my work into Generative AI, NFTs, CryptoCurrency
   ✦ Found tracing my artwork
